The Liber Pack Efficiency Scan is intentionally designed to be simple and accessible. In just four steps, you'll gain clear insight and concrete advice, without requiring much of your time or effort.

During the intake phase, you simply ask us for the scan. You send us one or more sample sets, or a combination of photos and a table of contents. This can be done digitally and will only take you a few minutes. We receive all the necessary information and schedule a brief consultation if there are any questions about your specific workflow.

2. Analyse

Our experienced team thoroughly analyses the kits for various aspects: the composition of items, the sequence of actions, the packaging, the logistical flow, and the degree of waste. We look not only at efficiency, but also at user-friendliness for the OR team and the impact on sustainability.

3. Report

You will receive a clear and visual report. This will include an overview map of the current setup, specific improvement points (quick wins and structural optimisations), an estimate of the expected time and cost savings, and the potential reduction in CO₂ emissions and waste. The report is immediately usable for internal consultation.

4. Discussion & Follow-up
