The De Bakey tweezers are atraumatic tweezers specifically designed for gently grasping and holding delicate blood vessels. Thanks to the unique serrations, consisting of complementary longitudinal ridges with fine transverse grooves, these tweezers offer optimal tissue protection. The De Bakey forceps from Hartmann's Peha® series are intended for single-use and are safely disposed of in a stitch-resistant container after use. The instrument is clearly marked as single-use, to avoid confusion with reusable instruments.
