Liber Medical offers a wide range of high-quality disposable instrumentation. Our products are packed in Portugal in an ISO class 7 cleanroom and sterilised in the Netherlands with the unique AST Sustainable EO® Sterilisation Services programme.

We supply disposable surgical instruments made of recycled surgical stainless hard steel, allowing medical professionals to work reliably. Each instrument comes with specific, non-toxic colour coding, a single-use sign and CE marking.

Packaging

The loose instruments are packed 3-layer. The instruments are in compact laminate packaging and, if necessary, are fitted with additional protective caps to protect the packaging. The laminate packaging is in turn packed in handy dispenser boxes, which in turn are in transport boxes made of 82% recycled material. Everything as compact as possible to save both space and waste.

Sterility

Thanks to EO sterilisation, the instruments remain sterile in their packaging for up to five years.

Colour coding

The non-toxic blue colour code makes the disposable instrument instantly recognisable and prevents confusion with reusable variants. In addition, each instrument features a single-use sign.

Quality continuity

Thanks to strict quality controls before and during packaging, we guarantee stable and high quality of our disposable instruments.

Responsible production

Our products are manufactured by partners complying with SIMAP, ILO and ISO standards, ensuring a production process free of child labour.
